Mengatasi Could not connect to wicd's D-Bus interface di Bactrack

"Could not connect to wicd's D-Bus interface. Check the wicd log for error messages."


Jika pernah mengalami pesan error seperti diatas ketika menjalankan Wicd di Bactrack, berikut cara mengatasinya :

1. Login sebagai root dengan perintah berikut :
$ sudo su
2. Jalankan perintah dibawah ini :
# dpkg-reconfigure wicd
# update-rc.d wicd defaults
3. Jika ada unprivileged user pada BT, tambahkan user tersebut ke netdev group dengan perintah berikut :
# usermod --groups netdev <user>
