Kopete adalah semacam Yahoo Messenger di Sistem Operasi Linux, agar Kopete dapat menggunakan Emoticon yang ada dalam Yahoo Messenger, kita perlu install terlebih dahulu.
- Pertama Download File Emoticon Yahoo Messenger berikut:

- Setelah kita download Buka Kopete dan install:
- Setting
- Configure
- Chat Windows
- Emoticons
- Manage Emoticons
- Install Theme File
- Pilih file Emoticon yang suadah di Download
